We are organizing a very small class on things like slaughtering hogs, breaking down and curing hogs, making lard and other products, using organs, etc. It will be a three day class. This hands on class is limited. If you would like more info or to reserve a place please contact us. We are planning the event for January. As cold weather is ideal for slaughtering pigs.
